The SmartHome commercial website is a platform to sell all products developed in the SmartHome project. The website features the following key functions.

Product Page

Each product has an individual webpage to present product features and functionalities. Users could check the stock, price and description of the product and add the product to the shopping cart.

Shopping Cart

The shopping cart is a separate webpage to process order contents. Users are able to check all products they added to cart and modify the order information on this page.

Payment System

The website implements the Stripe payment system to process all payments. It supports all major credit card brands including Visa, Master Card and American Express. The Stripe API provides a secure payment service to protect all personal information.

User Account

Users can open an account by registering on the sign-up page and manage their account via login to the system. Users can then check all orders they placed on the website and manage their personal information on the account page.

Admin System

Admins system is designed for the administrator of the website. The system is used to check and manage orders and products. The administrator is able to modify product information of a product and add new products to the website.

This project is being undertaken by UQ ITEE student Xu Fang under the supervision of Dr Alex Pudmenzky.
